Segregation and Safeguarding of Client's Funds

Your funds are protected in segregated accounts held with the most reputable banking institutions in the UK, offering you peace of mind and access to your money at any time. All client funds are subject to the Client Money Rules of the FCA. The Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) which is part of the FCA Handbook, sets out the rules to holding client assets. These include organisational requirements, segregation methodology, records, reconciliation, and acknowledgement of trust.

Protection of Client Money

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme ("FSCS") is the compensation fund of last resort for customers of authorised financial services firms. It is designed by the UK government to act as a "safety net" and it usually covers private (retail) investors and small businesses if they have been clients of financial services of a firm which becomes insolvent. Polling stations in the UK will be open on 4 July from 06:00 UTC to 21:00 UT, with results expected to be announced in the early morning hours of Friday 5 July.

The UK election also coincides with the United States Independence Day, a federal bank holiday.

Due to these events, we expect the British Pound to see heightened levels of volatility and thin liquidity, with the possibility of wider spreads throughout this risk event.
